Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery.
  • You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped.

Return Policy:

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Return is requested within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used pharmaceuticals or medical devices
  • Cosmetics that have been unsealed
  • Hygiene products and detergents

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support with your order number and reason.

Refund Policy:

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Product Availability & Substitution

  • In case a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it with an item of equal or greater value at no additional cost.
  • You will be notified before any substitution is made and can choose to accept or cancel.
